In impatient anticipation of the release of Fenix v2 Block 2, I have recreated one of the first A320s to have IAE v2500 engines - YU-AOB (delivered as 5B-DAT with MSN 028), a highly regarded airframe within the Fenix Simulations Discord.
This livery has been created with high-resolution handmade stencils and decals; although references of the original logo and text are sparse and reference images of the aircraft are inadequate at best (all of them being taken in 1990), the authenticity of the livery and the colours used has been recreated to a high level of detail.
Adria Airways (ADR/JP, formerly Inex-Adria Aviopromet) was the flag carrier of Slovenia and of Yugoslavia before its dissolution, and is believed to have received the first passenger A320 to be powered with IAE v2500s, registered YU-AOA with MSN 42 (not this one).
Aircraft
- YU-AOB cheat-line livery
This aircraft eventually was scrapped in 2006, owned by AeroTurbine as N820AT. It was originally delivered in May 1989 to Cyprus Airways and was leased to Adria Airways between April and December 1990 before being returned, this short 8-month period being when all images of the registration were taken, hence the lack of references.
Installation
To install and enjoy this livery, please extract the ZIP file and place a livery of choice in your community folder.
Please do not reupload and/or modify this livery without permission. As always, criticism and suggestions and queries for my repaints are much appreciated and welcome!
