The Svalbard Archipelago

In this series of 4 bush trips we'll fly over 4 regions (South - North West - North and North East) exploring the varied, pristine landscape of Svalbard. Svalbard is the the polar bear’s kingdom. Arctic nature is unforgiving, yet fragile. That’s why more than half of Svalbard consists of protected areas. There is only 1 airport on Spitsbergen (ICAO: ENSB).
The bushtrips in MSFS must include at least 2 different airports. To solve this, a fictional landingstrip was added (ICAO: S0B1). All flights start from ENSB and end at the landingstrip S0B1 (on top of a mountain adjacent to ENSB airport!).

The main goal of the trips is sight seeing. The airplane is the Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX with assistance settings set to easy (some of these can be changed). There are also icons that show the way to get to the waypoints and final destination.

Seven languages are included : English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. The translations were made with google translate and are not linguistically corrected. They are to be taken for what they are.

Flightbooks (pdf) only in English language are included separately.

If you want the possibility to choose the plane, the weather, the time of day and the season (and some other goodies), then you should take a look at the experimental program - MissionChanger - (also created by BuffyGC).
