BN2A -111 Trislander Air South N906GD
AIR SOUTH (Florida, 1980s)
Air South (no relation to the earlier Air South based in Georgia) began scheduled flights as Bahama Caribbean between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale to Bimini in 1980. In 1981 the name was changed to Bahamas Caribbean and in 1982 the airline became Aero International.
The name was changed yet again in 1985 to Air South and several three-engine Britten Norman Tri-Islanders were added to the fleet. Below: Britten Norman Tri-Islander N906GD pictured at Fort Lauderdale.
This aircraft with almost the same scheme that flew with VAL under the same registration N906GD available here

Some modification to the scheme to get it to work on the Trislander due to the Battery bay cover not being able to show different mirror image. Hence the Air South title is a little aft of where it was in real life.
