Tribhuvan International Airport is quite a challenging (sometimes even dangerous) airport to fly, which even real world pilots did say so with me. Now we have something even more exciting.
According to Nepal AIP Amendment 3/22, a series of new RNP procedures have been developed by NavBlue, officially effective on 19 May 2022, which add 6 SIDs and 15 STARs, new RNP Approach for Runway 02, which provides approach paths without flying cross Sivalik Hills from South, saving times for East/West entry, and the most exciting thing, RNP Approach for Runway 20. Yes, Runway 20 finally got instrument approach procedures. The view along the approach path looks quite scary, but still can't be compared with Paro, certainly.
The 6 new SIDs are as follows:
- DARKE 1F 02
- IGRIS 1C 02
- IGRIS 1D 02
- DARKE 1G 20
- DARKE 1H 20
- IGRIS 1E 20
The 15 new STARs are as follows, which all of them are independent of the runway to land:
- SIMRA 3R
- ROMEO 3R
- IGRIS 2R
- DOLAL 2R
- DAMIK 1R
- KIMTI 2R
- MUNAL 2R
- KIMTI 1G
- AHALE 1G
- LALBA 1G
- SIMRA 1G
- ROMEO 1G
- MANKA 1D
- NARAN 1D
- SIMRA 1D
The new RNP Approach for Runway 02 is named RNP-Y Approach, while the original one will be changed to be RNP-Z Approach instead, however I haven't modify it as it is unnecessary for home simulations. Both the new RNP Approach Procedures are unstabilized, which somehow looks like a typical circle-to-land procedures, but they are not as challenging as Toncontin or Gibraltar.
This addon should have no conflicts with other Tribhuvan Airport mods, execpt that these new approaches are also coded. Of course you don't need this addon if it is the case. You are recommended to download the one by Troglodytus for handcrafted buildings.

Im guessing this is no longer needed since the updated AIRAC covers these approaches?
