I guess that removing the AFC bridge and Better Bravo lights will destroy all my other aircraft lighting as this is simply for use with FBW A320?

If you manage the profiles of all your other aircrafts via SpadNext and you have profiles for lighting according to those aircrafts , there will be no problem. I also have the profile I created for Cessna 172 G1000 which is also compatible with many aircraft in MFS2020. You can find this profile on Spad NExt online profiles. You can use this profile for many other aircraft.
