Description
This is a repaint of the FlyByWire A32NX for MSFS. The repaint is done in the 2002 Livery of DBA. Founded in 1992 by British Airways & a group
of German businessman, Deutsche BA (formerly Delta Air prior to 1992) was a low-cost airline, whose focus was on internal flights in Germany.
The company eventually expanded to flights across Europe, specifically to London, Spain, Italy, and Turkey. Deutsche BA also had links with
OneWorld Partners Iberia Airlines and Finnair. In March 2002, Deutsche BA rebranded itself as a separate entity from British Airways, going simply
with DBA. In February 2006, Air Berlin acquired dba. Air Berlin maintained the routes of dba throughout 2006 & 2007. By November 2008, Air Berlin had
dissolved dba, and incorporated the aircraft, at the time, into the Air Berlin fleet. This aircraft is a fictitious liner, as dba primarily
flew with Saab 340Bs, Saab 2000s, Boeing 737 Classics (300, 400, and 500) and the Fokker F100.
Disclaimer
I do not take credit for the Airbus A320neo model. FlyByWire are responsible for the model used to create this repaint.
I also take NO responsibility for any damage that make occur to your MSFS install or your computer. Use this repaint at your own risk.
Known Issues
- Only bug is that the coffee cup texture doesn't appear to work in the cockpit, even though it works for my 1992 liveries. Once I get this figured out, I will update this file.
Requirements
- Microsoft Flight Simulator v.1.20.6.0
Installation
1) Unzip the folder to a temporary location, such as your desktop.
2) Move the Packages folder in the unzipped contents, as is, into your Packages directory for MSFS.
Example: C:\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages
That should be all you have to do to get the aircraft livery to show up under your FlyByWire A320neo entry in the Aircraft selection menu/hangar.
I hope you enjoy flying this livery as much as I enjoyed creating it! Look out for more Deutsche BA aircraft, both real and fictious, from me!
Credits

I'm glad you liked it! I'm really proud of this. I wasn't sure if I could pull it off, given the structural differences between Boeing 737s and the Airbus A320. But, it turned out really well! Thanks again for the comment and the vote!
