H145 Profile for Stream Deck XL (Lorby AAO) - Extended Version - V4.2
This is an extended version of a Stream Deck XL profile for the HPG Airbus H145 Helicopter for use with Lorby AAO. The goal of my project is, to have all systems fully operable via Stream Deck as far as possible.
With the growing possibilities of the Helicopter, also this small started project has grown, and I already worked several hundreds of hours on it. Please consider this if you comment or contacting me! I am also doing this all in my free-time.
More information on the profile can be found in the 42 pages Manual PDF, which is included in the zip File! Please read the manual before installation!
For changelog of Version 2.0 to the latest Version, see included PDF-Manual!
Version 4.2 - All Variants added (DevB >414 needed)
- NEW: New Equipment, Crew and Action Pages for the Offshore Variant, the Civilian Cargo Variant and the Military Cargo Variant. Now all 8! Variants of the H145 can be fully operated with the the Stream Deck.
- UPDATE: Fire Torch Equipment and Operation added to the FIRE variant.
- BUGFIXES: Several smaller bugfixex, mainly related to non-functioning buttons due to change of variable.
Nota Bene:
To operate the two Garmin GPS Units via Stream Deck XL, I created on the Main page two Profile Change Buttons. You have to download Guenselis excellent PMS GPS Stream Deck Profile and after installation you have to link the two buttons to the GPS SD Profiles.
This version is tested and working with the HPG Airbus H145 Helicopter > DevBuild341. Base functions will work in previous DevBuilds, but then not all functions are operable. If you do not own the Action Pack, the Action Pack related Function will not work for you! You can purchase the Action Pack behind this link.
Requirements (please check if you have the newest versions installed):
Latest Stream Deck Software
Lorbys Axis and Ohs for MSFS
Lorbys Stream Deck Plugin
Installation and troubleshooting is contained in the Manual.
Please first read the manual before contacting me.
Nevertheless, If you face issues or detect bugs, feel free to contact me at info(at)5bp.de (english or german). You also can contact me on Discord: Five-Birds - HLE333#3972
I am having trouble with the Autopilot screen of this profile. I can adjust the heading and altitude and I see the change in the cockpit screens. However, if I press Streamdeck buttons like AP BKUP UP ON or V/S or NAV, or GTC.H, I don't see anything happening and the Streamdeck buttons don't change status for those buttons. Am I misinterpreting something as to what those buttons should be doing?

Wow. 40 page manual.
You are clearly a clever and dedicated guy, but the fact that the SD profile has a 40-page manual makes my question whether I should buy this chopper !

Does anyone happen to know if this is adaptable to a smaller double set of normal sized 15 button Streamdecks?

This is a great profile - thanks so much for sharing. This profile is the reason I bought AAO. 🙂 Just sent you a donation!
Quick question. Would you be able to add a button for the Missions app in the tablet?

Thank you very much.
I put it onto my "To-Do" List and I have to talk with Dave in frame of the Offshore Release. Then I will add buttons for the Apps on the tablet, including the Missions App.

Haven't even loaded it yet but I've sent my donation and encourage others to do the same. Always excellent work and response. FiveBirds and Guenseli are the best of MSFS Stream Deck profiles!

I did an additional explanation above, how to link my Profile to the excellent PMS GPS by Guenseli. So you also can operate the GPS via Stream Deck XL.

FiveBirds' StreamDeck XL Profile is absolutely great. Well thought out and simple to execute. I encourage you all to donate for this fine addition to the Hype Performance H145 and Action Pack. He's got great liveries, too.

All ok! Great profile!😍
Question: You can open and close the BusTie...but is there a way to add a reset for that BusTie switch?
Hello Reinie,
What do you mean with "Reset". The Master-Battery Switch (which is leading to "Bus-Tie disconnect" is a 3-way switch ("Off", "On", "Engage"). As it makes no sense to only switch the Bus-Tie to "On", i modeled it as 2-way Switch ("Off", "On + Engage"). But as i mentioned in the manual, sometimes the "Engage" command is not read out by the SIM. Meanwhile Dave has put some extra L:Vars // H:Vars into it, and i could try to make the command more responsible. If this will not work, i can make a 2nd Button beside the Master Bat. Button with "Mstr. Bat Engage", to engage the Master Batterie in case the command is not read out correctly.
Would this be a good solution (and give me back the 0,5 Star you stole from the profile-rating ? :-) ) for you ?

This is an outstanding profile for the H145!
It is well laid out to access similar functions making it easy to navigate the profiles and folders.
Definitely deserves a 5!
