The latest Development version has been updated now to work with Sim Update 6.
First, I would like to say. I am not the creator of the mod. I use this mod myself and I am convinced that it must be presented to the flight simulation community. that's why i uploaded this mod here. All credits go to the creator (Salty Simulations).

For those wishing to make their Salty versions work again, this is what worked for me.
You need to head over to the Salty 747 Github page, navigate to Releases, then select Releases, and navigate to Development Versions. There you download the zip, unzip it, and place it into the Community folder.
Alternatively, you can also click the link I sent below that takes you directly to the newest development version.

In original MSFS B747 there is the airport diagram in PFD, but not in Salty 747 version.
That is the only reason, why I dont install the mod to MSFS though I would like to.
Is it possible to add the airport diagram also to Salty 747 mod ?
Thanks

Installed the up to date dev version of salty along with this mod https://flightsim.to/file/8110/boeing-b747-8i-cockpit-black-grey-with-blue-lighting
Thrusters levers, yoke and pedals won't move.

Please read the Description from the Mod ::: https://de.flightsim.to/file/8110/boeing-b747-8i-cockpit-black-grey-with-blue-lighting :::
Thought I'd do the Boeing 747 a favour and change it from the brown colour to a Black/Dark Grey cockpit with blue emissive lighting.
Unzip and place folder "Boeing B748i Cockpit -Black-Grey" into your community folder.
If you are using the Salty-747 Mod you will not get the blue lighting. Their cockpit emissive text is that yellow/orange colour which still looks good but blue is better. You have two options:
1. Remove the Salty mod. The last update was Dec 28, 2020 and the 747 has been updated by Asobo since then and is a lot better
2. Copy B747_COCKPIT_TEXTS_EMISSIVE.TIF.DDS & B747_COCKPIT_TEXTS_EMISSIVE.TIF.DDS.json from my texture folder and paste in Salty's texture folder
So with Salty's mod installed, the only change is the blue lighting turns the yellow/orange colour. Everything else works fine.

I believe there are multiple issues with the mod. I am only able to get 85%N1 for the takeoff thrust limiter in the FMC. Before SU6 it was changeable. The autopilot is acting much differently as well. Speed and FLC functions are working properly.

Would just like to point out that I am very thankful for Salty's work on the 747-8. Before SU6, it was a pleasure to fly the 747 with the Salty mod. However, after SU6, most of the buttons are unclickable, and many regions in the cockpit seem to have lost their animations (flap lever, overhead panel knobs, etc.). I first thought it had to do with the custom livery, but I tried again with the default Asobo Boeing livery and the same issues were there.
